Every situation can vary and it depends on the integrity of the scoring, but I'd suggest 50 being a good baseline.

A situation where this might not be the case are is if during a sprint, 90% of the capacity is working on a feature that scores 50+ and you need to decide what to do with the extra capacity. With that extra capacity you might choose to work on something that has a small impact and small effort.
